Terms Governing Platform Use
These platform terms of use (the “Terms”) apply to your access to and use of the Lotus Holdasca service. They explain the respective duties, rights and responsibilities of users and the service operator. Please review them before creating an account, signing in or completing any transaction. By accepting them, you enter into a binding agreement with the other party.
Creating an account, visiting the service, using its tools or contacting Lotus Holdasca means you accept these Terms without qualification. The platform is available only to individuals aged 18 or above who have the legal capacity to enter into agreements. Minors and persons unable to verify their age or capacity may not use the service, and an associated account can be limited, suspended or terminated.
Service access may be temporarily reduced or unavailable during scheduled maintenance, technical updates, infrastructure improvements or incident handling. Interruptions or delays may also arise during sharp market movements, exceptional server traffic or events outside our reasonable control. We take appropriate steps to support continuity, but uninterrupted availability cannot be promised. Features, algorithms, market information and available instruments may be introduced, modified or removed at any time, without creating an entitlement to compensation or a claim against Lotus Holdasca.
Platform content—including written material, illustrations, interfaces, software, algorithms, brand elements, logos and AI-assisted analyses—is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. Ownership rests with Lotus Holdasca or the relevant rights holders. Unless prior written permission has been obtained, you may not copy, circulate, publish, make available or use this content for commercial purposes. Violations may lead to civil or criminal action.
You are responsible for submitting information that is accurate, complete and kept current, especially your identity, contact information and payment details. False, incomplete or deceptive information may lead to account limitations or suspension, withdrawal delays or refusal, and any other action considered necessary. Personal information is handled under our privacy policy and applicable data protection obligations in Qatar, supported by suitable safeguards and clear notices.
You remain solely responsible for investment choices and transactions made through Lotus Holdasca, whether placed yourself or completed using AI-assisted tools. Lotus Holdasca supplies technical infrastructure and does not offer individual financial advice, recommendations or assurances about outcomes. Markets such as equities and cryptocurrencies may move substantially and can cause a partial or complete loss of capital. Historical performance does not predict future results. Use only money that you could afford to lose without undermining your financial position.
We may amend or expand these Terms to account for regulatory, technical or market developments. When reasonably possible, we will provide notice at least 14 days before an update becomes effective, using email, an in-platform message or a website announcement. If you continue using the service after the effective date, you will be treated as having accepted the revised Terms. If an important change affects you materially, you may ask for your account to be closed.
Protecting users and presenting information clearly are central to our service. We apply robust encryption, perform periodic reviews, keep client funds separate and maintain structured compliance controls, including customer due diligence (KYC) and anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. Orders and transactions are documented in a traceable, verifiable form. Together, these controls support a transparent, measured and responsible framework for users.
